@OptimumHelp No, you're not. You're there to provide a faint patina of public facing "help" but you don't help. If you really gave a damn, you'd do research and find out if customers want a gigantic blue screen when they pause, or a 15 minute pause limit, or no more rewind on live shows.

@optimum Let me save y’all right here. Optimum is terrible all around, terrible customer service and terrible pricing.They switched support for an older router and did not tell anyone who had the router, they just let us suffer with spotty internet for months. But def got paid

@OptimumHelp we have made dozens of phone calls and had techs come out many times. But your internet service constantly goes down. Minutes at a time. Dozens of times in an hour. Wtf!? U gonna address it or just leave us high and dry?

@optimum is the worst ISP in the NJ area, I’ve been have signal dropping and router reseting for months now, blamed on “leaks” or whatever and I can’t even switch, this is my only ******* option
