J called to say she was running behind fifteen minutes…. should have listened to the signs…got there and sat for another twenty five minutes…then showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair cut and discussed color upon which she told me the price would be higher than mentioned when making appointment. Sat for forty five minutes with color,.then shampoo and cut…I propped the picture up of what I wanted and she took out these huge sheers that looked like garden sheers. Then I noticed my roots were pinkish red…horrible..she just kept cutting. It looked nothing like picture. I handed her a check and she said they didn’t take checks and I could come back tomorrow to fix roots.I guess the old saying is true..you get what you pay for. Very disappointed took cash next day..amount she first said.kept pink roots…ugh!!

Critical:Professionalism,Quality,ValueThis place is disaster. The worst haircut I have had ever. I had to go there three times in a few days to just fix my haircut. Every time they made it worser. I showed them the pictures and they said ok we got it but they didn’t care about what I wanted. They even can’t cut your hair straight… they say 30 $ for haircut at the end they say 40 $. Finally they saw I am not happy with my haircut but they even didn’t try to make me satisfied. I just have to somewhere else to fix this mess…now I have just a little short hair hopefully somebody can fix it. and about their behavior… the first person who cut my hair was laughing at me because of my English. I love getting my hair cut here. The place is clean and always busy with a lot of customers. The longest I’ve ever waited was about 20 min. The salon is clean and there’s always parking available. I bring my 9 year old son here. I get my hair cut and dyed. I have other family members that come here too. I highly recommend this place. On sundays they are open and take walk ins.

I was kinda scare to go in because I have had bad experiences in the past but I really needed a hair cut ..so took a deep breath made an appointment got my hair cut during lunch and OMG! Best experience ever I got my hair cut with Sofia and she did magic with those scissors she cut about 3 inches of hair and you can’t even tell my hair still looks long and better than ever ..I soon as I got to work I got compliments left and right …I totally recommend this place staff is friendly and place is beautiful and the price is super affordable…definitely going back !
