First time donor was quick and easy process. My second donation is another story. Was there at 7 am as the sign on the door says they open at 7. Only to find out it opens at 9 on Mondays. Came back at 845. Waited in line was number 9 on the list. 30 minutes after entering the building my name was called for vitals. Vitals were good. They pricked my finger and she told me I needed to drink more water. And deferred me for the day. I have been donating twice a week since March. I have a nightly and morning routine of 60 ounces of water before bed and 60 ounces before leaving the house to go donate. I’m a polite and respectful person so I don’t know what I could have done for her to defer me. Staff are quite slow and the phlebotomist that stuck me bruised me and the experience was uncomfortable on every return cycle. Told him that it was and he changed nothing.

Absolutely bad. They are in need of recalibration on their machine’s. I have seen that every time I am there they turn around half of the people that come in due to the blood pressure machines. I had a Dr visit the same day and when I donate 30 off. It’s redicoulos. I’m new to this place, I have been donating plasma for over twenty years. Don’t trust this place.

This place is horrible. As a donor for 9 plus years this is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a donation center. Each time I go the staff are constantly understaffed. And slow. . Which makes your donation process incredibly slow. Do not make any plans on your donation day my last 20 times I’ve been stuck 2-3 hours just before anyone sees you. And that’s everyone who walks in the door. They definitely need to hire more people or change their system because a hour or 2 process at the most. Is a 5_6 hour process and the staff has no hustle. I would not ever recommend going here. And the people who call your name just yell at you like your a robot. You can definitely tell they just hire anyone

Blood pressure machine will read incorrect as high and then you’ll be deferred for 1 day when your blood pressure isn’t high. Taking blood pressure manually needs to be an option

This is the most professionally plasma center! I have been donating for years. This is the best location I have experienced. The workers are some of my favorite people. It’s a great place for meeting new people from places you’ve never been. The extra money comes in very handy.
