The facility is clean and in a good location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Any issues I have had have been addressed with respect and kindness. A good overall experience. I am happy to see how they are helping the community not just with their services but with the school supply drive. They are innovative with the Passport to Prizes campaign.

I used to love going to this place to donate plasma and help save lives. Most of the staff is great and professional. Unfortunately they have hired a bunch of young kids with superiority complexes recently that have caused me to give a poor review. I’ve been a loyal donor for over 1.5 years. Recently I had an issue where I believed a piece of equipment wasn’t working properly. I stated this to the employee and explained that there’s no way the reading was correct. (It’s not remotely possible for technology to not work correctly right? Machines obviously never need to be calibrated…) I then asked questions about the policies and requested that the reading be retaken. After being told no because it was against policy I asked to speak with a supervisor and had them retake the reading even though I knew it wouldn’t change the situation nor allow me to donate. It came as no surprise when the new reading was well within guidelines.

I just started coming to this one on cliffdale I use to go to Grove Street years ago, it was nice seeing alot of familiar faces…. The place is clean and girls are great and men. For as young as some of these girls are they do an amazing job , especially sticking you just right, I never feel a thing….Keep Up The Good Job‼️

I’ve been coming to this center for almost 2 years now. I usually come right before or after work and there’s never too long a wait! (BE sure to make your appointments ahead of time ).One thing I love is that the SAME ladies/gentlemen have been here since and alot of us know each other by name. I think their staff is great. I’ve donated regularly for the past two years…. Never- had a bad experience. After the donation fees decreased, i thought about going elsewhere. But, they make you feel like family. And, you can’t put a price on that.

I love this donation place. Extremely clean, and the workers are awesome. It’s always a good experience when I come in. Reading prior reviews I’ve read that they are under staffed. But from my experience over the last couple weeks as a new donor. That’s not been the case.

Seen alot of reviews saying the people are great, friendly and that they get you out quick. I’ve been going for alil over a month now. The first thing I would like to say is I agree with people on the staff being friendly this is very true. They all seem like great people. What I can’t agree with however us wait times. If you don’t get a appointment before 745 your out of luck because you will be there 3+ hrse. Although you make a appointment you end up being there way too long. Today I had a appointment at 9:45am didn’t get done until 1:15pm. I work so I really can’t afford too be stuck there for 3 to 4 hours everytime I go. Definitely going to check out a different company. Also they seem alil unorganized in there. Today I went and they told people who had been screened already a dying not to go to the back because there wasn’t any chairs so we filling up the front. Once they told us we could go back it was a crowd of us walking to the back. Way too many ppl then they said nevermind sit up front till we call yall to the back. It just seemed really unorganized and I think that’s why they gave a problem getting people in and out. I could be wrong maybe its staffing too because they have bays that they don’t be using as well so you never know. I just wanted to get on here and let people know if your gonna give plasma here be prepared ro give up anywhere between 3 to 4 hrs if you don’t get the super early appointment spots.
