Shiloh Field (2024)

At Shiloh Field, we know you want to be someone who helps end hunger in your community. You want to fight hunger, but lack the knowledge and skill to grow the fruits and vegetables needed to make a lasting difference.

We believe no one should go hungry or have to eat food that causes long term problems.

We can't imagine what it's like to not know where your next meal is coming from and the frustration from feeling like you don’t know how to help.

That’s why at Shiloh Field, we grow fresh fruits and vegetables for hungry people in Denton County. We have grown over 340,000 pounds over the last tirteen years and are the largest community garden in the U.S.

We do it through The Cornucopia Plan:

1) Show up.
2) Plant.
3) Harvest.

And we need your help.

So, sign up to volunteer.

And in the meantime, watch these three free videos to learn how to be a better gardener so you no longer have to wish you knew how to end hunger, and instead, you can have the knowledge and skills to grow an abundance of fruits and vegetables to feed hundreds of people every week—with just a couple of hours of effort.
