Florida finished with 41 team points in the win. That's the lowest amount of team points to win a DI men's outdoor team title since a three-way-tie for the title in 1970 sawBYU, Kansas and Oregon score 35 points.

Notably, only 28.25 of Florida's winning points (69 percent) came from former transfers, showing the strategic nature of how Coach Mike Holloway used the transfer portal. Holloway has now won seven men's outdoor titles since 2012, by far the most during that span.
