Repurposing scraps in the garden helps to divert landfill as well as avoid the packaging from store-bought fertilisers. Eggs are high in minerals like potassium, phosphorus & calcium making them a nutrient-rich natural fertiliser. Eggshell crumb is useful in keeping snails & slugs away when sprinkled generously around the plant.
