From January to July, China's exports of home textile products amounted to US$18.83 billion, a slight increase of 1.9% year-on-year, with a cumulative increase of 1.7 percentage points over the previous month.

In the first seven months, home textile exports to the United States were 6.16 billion U.S. dollars, a slight drop of 0.71%, the cumulative decline and last month basically the same; exports to the EU were 2.54 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 2.5%, the cumulative increase of 0.9 percentage points higher than last month; exports to Japan 1.6 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 1.6%, compared to last month turned down for up.

Other major markets, exports to ASEAN, Africa, and other "Belt and Road" countries/regions to maintain growth, an increase of 18.3% and 3.1% respectively, exports to a single country, the United Kingdom and South Korea fell sharply, down 20% and 12.5% respectively.

GTF statistics show that from January to June, the U.S. imports of home textile products 9.5 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 2%, and the cumulative growth rate narrowed by 2.9 percentage points over the previous month. China tops the list of imports, with imports of $4.08 billion, up 2.3%, the cumulative growth rate narrowed by 4.2 percentage points over the previous month, accounting for 42.8% of the U.S. import share, basically unchanged from the same period last year. In other countries, the United States from Pakistan and Vietnam imports grew faster, by 14% and 34%, respectively.

From January to June, the EU imported home textile products of 5.89 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 15.3%, and the cumulative growth rate was basically the same as last month. China tops the list of imports, with imports of $ 2.08 billion, up 15.2%, the cumulative growth rate narrowed by 2.7 percentage points over the previous month, accounting for 35.3% of the EU's import share, basically unchanged from the same period last year. Among other countries, the EU imports from Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Vietnam grew faster, by 29.8%, 31.4%, and 38.5% respectively.

From January to June, Japan's imports of home textile products 1.68 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 2%, a cumulative growth rate of 0.2 percentage points higher than the previous month. China topped the list of imports, with imports of $1.25 billion, up 2.3%, the cumulative growth rate was basically the same as last month, accounting for 74.4% of Japan's import share, 0.2 percentage points higher than the same period last year. Among other countries, Japan's imports from Vietnam grew relatively fast, with an increase of 6.4%.
